SHIPPING

HANDLING + DELIVERY

Orders are normally processed within 2-5 business day. Due to safety precautions, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday will be processed the following business day.

Processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.. We are not responsible for carrier delays, or delays caused by Holidays or natural disasters.

Delivery time may differ depending on delivery destination.

Please note that m(M)’s operation follows the Canadian calendar.

Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.

Please note that once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed, and we cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected. We are also unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.

For security reasons, all orders will require signature upon delivery. m(M) will not assume the risk of loss and title for merchandise, for any orders that opt for no signature requirement.

If you refuse receipt of your package or if your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (m(M)) at the sender’s (m(M)) expense, without refund

CANADA

Unless specified, all domestic orders are sent via Canada Post Xpresspost and can be tracked online at www.canadapost.com. Domestic packages via Xpresspost, are scheduled to arrive within 2 business days.
 
Domestic purchases will be subject to local taxes (GST/HST), based on the province

USA + INTERNATIONAL

For USA and International orders, we offer calculated shipping at checkout with FeDex service. If you do not see your destination listed upon checkout please contact us for further assistance.

DUTIES + TAXES

If you purchase items for delivery to the USA or an International destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied and billed to customer, when the package reaches that destination. Import duties and taxes will be assessed by the importing country based on current laws governing imports.These costs may vary by the customs office of the designated country. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by m(M).

**m(M) does not cover the cost of duties or taxes on orders shipped internationally. For buyers in USA: If you are asked to pay any customs fees, please pay it in a timely manner and kindly contact us. We will immediately compensate you for this expense.

For all packages that are refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs charges; the customer assumes full responsibility for all costs of return including postal and/or shipping charges, customs charges, and handling fees.

LOST + DAMAGED ORDERS

In the rare occasion, m(M) shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. m(M) does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
