Before purchasing, if you are unsure about details of an item, sizing of an item, specifications or have any additional questions about an item, please contact us. We will do our best, to provide you with all the information you need prior to purchasing..

REFUNDS

There are no refunds or returns for any items. All sales are final. Exchanges are possible, with conditions.

EXCHANGE

Please read our exchange policy carefully.

We will not accept any exchanges unless, purchased items are damaged, defected/faulty (unless caused by you) or the items received are different to the items you have ordered.

You must notify us to exchange within 5 days after receiving purchased items. Once your claim for exchange has been approved, we will email you a return shipping label. We will cover shipping costs for exchange of purchased items. The original invoice as proof of purchase must be provided. Purchased items for exchange must be in same condition as when received, the items have not been washed, the items have not been damaged or worn and the items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

The items for exchange will be exchanged for the correct Items purchased on the receipt of order or for items that are undamaged, free of defects/faults.
